On the 25th October 2018 the Lake Constance Foundation was invited to present facts on climate change at a training event of the Advisory Service for Organic Agriculture (BÖL) in Deckenpfronn, Baden-Württemberg. The Lake Constance Foundation explained the large audience how the climate has changed in the past, where the trend is going, how this can affect agricultural and horticultural crops as well as cattle farming and which sustainable adaptation measures are possible.

On the 5th of November 2018, a training event for advisors was held by the Lake Constance Foundation at the Landesanstalt für Entwicklung der Landwirtschaft und ländlichen Räume (LEL) in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Baden-Württemberg. The aim was to bring climate change and its effects closer to the advisors so that they can also include this aspect in their advisory activities, in order to sensitise the farmers to climate change and to reduce their vulnerability to it. There was a great interest in using the planned web tool for the advisory work.
