Baseline report – available for download

The first report elaborated by the LIFE AgriAdapt project is online and available for download here. This Baseline report shows the state of the art in adaptation to climate change in the farming sector in the four main EU Climate Risk Regions (Atlantic, Continental, Southern and Northern zones).

This study establishes agro-climate grids for each assessed Climate Risk Region and the three main farming systems (arable crops, permanent crops and livestock). For each farming system and region, the document analyses the climate risks and climate opportunities derived from climate projections.  This report is the basis for the determination of the most suitable adaptation measures that will be implemented in 120 pilot farms.

The full Baseline Report is available only in English. Different versions have been elaborated in Estonian, French, German and Spanish that analyse each Climate Risk Region and include a summary of the full report.
